5:00 AM – Departure from Kolkata

Start from Kolkata or a selected pickup point based on the tourist’s preference. Travel approximately three hours by AC vehicle to Jharkhali Ferry Ghat, the gateway to Sundarban National Park and Tiger Rescue Centre. Enjoy scenic rural views during the journey, with a short tea break provided on the way before reaching the boarding point.

8:30 AM – Begin Sundarban Boat Safari

Board the Sundarban tourist boat and cruise through the largest mangrove forest and delta region. Explore narrow creeks while spotting wildlife such as crocodiles, water monitor lizards, spotted deer, and various bird species. Visit Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali, and Dobanki watch towers, including the Dobanki canopy walk and forest camp areas.

Breakfast & Lunch on Boat

Freshly prepared breakfast and traditional Bengali lunch will be cooked and served onboard the boat. Enjoy your meal while surrounded by the peaceful mangrove forest environment. This onboard dining experience allows you to relax comfortably without interrupting the Sundarban jungle safari and sightseeing activities.

4:00 PM – Return and Reach Kolkata

After completing the Sundarban jungle safari and watch tower visits, return to Jharkhali Ferry Ghat and begin the road journey back to Kolkata. Enjoy the evening drive and reach Kolkata safely between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, marking the end of your Sundarban 1 day tour experience.
